My Thoughts on This Home

I've enjoyed this home for almost six years. Personally, I think it's a nice home for all sorts of folks, with different needs and in different circumstances. It has worked well as a base for a home-office, thanks to the quick "commute" from upstairs to downstairs).

When guests want to stay for a while, there is plenty of room in the extra bedrooms (as many as four bedrooms total, if the downstairs rooms aren't being used for other purposes).

Even if guests are just visiting, and don't need a place to sleep), the house is nice for entertaining, with a large deck at the back for warm evenings, and an open and warm living room for indoor get-togethers.

As great as the home is for enjoying time with friends, it also offers plenty of options for individual space. The extra bedroom on the main floor can be (and has been) used as a space for meditation; the family room (a.k.a. "the middle room") in the lower level has space for yoga, or tai chi, or as a place for children to play or adults to enjoy music or television.

Outside, there are lots of options for gardening, whether you want to have containers on the deck, or trees and shrubs along the driveway, or ornamental plants and fish in the pond, or more ambitious projects in the large back yard.
